Mature skin affects everyone, as it appears with age and is inevitable. The skin begins to age after the age of 25, while after 30 this process accelerates. The point at which we can speak of mature skin depends on individual factors unrelated to age. Usually it is around 45 years of age, but it may be both earlier and later. That is why this skin type requires properly selected care. Below we have compiled our suggestions for natural cosmetics for mature skin. The foundation of skincare: CLEANSING
The most important stage of any skincare routine, regardless of skin type, is cleansing. In the evening, a double cleansing routine is recommended, while in the morning only a gentle wash is needed. For make-up removal, it is worth choosing Krayna oil (product discontinued) or Clochee smoothing oil (product discontinued). Krayna oil is a very pleasant product, rich in oils and plant extracts. Ideal for daily evening make-up removal. It protects the hydrolipid barrier, helping to maintain proper hydration. Clochee smoothing oil effectively dissolves even waterproof make-up. Both oils are suitable even for sensitive skin.
For the second step of cleansing, you can choose Resibo cleansing emulsion (product discontinued) or Mokosh gel. The emulsion gently and effectively cleanses and is fragrance-free, making it suitable for very sensitive skin. The gel, on the other hand, is suitable for everyone and has a beautiful fig scent.
Second important step: TONING
Toning is simply restoring the skin’s pH after cleansing. Tap water can disrupt the skin’s pH, which is why toning is such an important step. For this stage you can choose, for example, the eeny meeny yoghurt toner (product discontinued). This is a very unique toner due to its texture. It absorbs quickly, deeply hydrates, strengthens the skin barrier and supports the natural microbiome. Another interesting product for toning is the Resibo toner essence (product discontinued). It adds radiance to the skin, deeply hydrates and protects the natural hydrolipid barrier.
Another group of toning products are hydrolats. The Oleiq prickly pear hydrolat (product discontinued) has hydrating, toning and regenerating properties. It firms and improves elasticity, stimulating skin regeneration processes. The Senka rose with aloe hydrolat (product discontinued) is made from Bulgarian rose petals and aloe leaves. It hydrates, soothes and supports skin repair processes.
HYDRATION

Creams for mature skin
For morning care, we recommend Krayna AY1 cream (product discontinued), a regenerating, radiance-boosting anti-wrinkle cream. It is ideal for daily care and also works well under make-up. It helps strengthen blood vessels, evens out skin tone, brightens the complexion and provides antioxidant protection. Another option is the Mokann Rose & Blueberry Firming Cream. The last recommended cream is the Resibo retinol cream (product discontinued), which strongly regenerates the skin and stimulates collagen and elastin production.
Serum for mature skin
For hydrating serums, hyaluronic acid serums are highly recommended. We suggest the Clochee hydrating serum (product discontinued), which improves skin firmness, smoothness and comfort. Another interesting option is the oil-based Iossi Pro Q10 Shot (product discontinued), which reduces the appearance of wrinkles and restores radiance. For an intensive boost, we recommend the Cztery Szpaki clover serum (product discontinued), a nourishing oil serum enriched with vitamin C.
Sun protection for mature skin
Skin must be protected from sun exposure all year round. The sun dries out the skin, emphasises wrinkles and contributes to pigmentation. The best anti-ageing product is a high SPF cream. You can choose the BasicLab SPF50+ lightweight protective cream, which effectively protects against UVA, UVB, HEV blue light and infrared radiation. Another recommended product is the eeny meeny SPF50 protective cream (product discontinued), providing high protection against UVA and UVB rays.
