Gradually, you can increase the amount to 1 tablespoon. It is recommended to pour the pollen in about half a cup of lukewarm water and set it aside for several hours, or preferably overnight. In the morning you can add your favorite honey and enjoy a nourishing drink. Remember to stir well, as bee pollen can settle to the bottom of the cup.

It is advisable to gradually introduce it into the diet, observing whether there is an allergy after consuming even a small portion of nectars contained in pollen. Of course, for children, precious bee pollen can be a great dietary enrichment, but it is advisable to consult a doctor to confirm whether there are any health contraindications.
