Method of preparation:

Preparing homemade wheat-free bread is really easy! You don't need specialised equipment or a long list of additives - all you need is a wooden spoon or mixer and water and added fat. We recommend coconut oil, which is a valuable support for the body and will add a delicate coconut flavour to your bread.

How to make homemade bread with grains? Pour the mix into a tall bowl, add 320ml boiling water and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Mix the dough with a spoon or mixer with the hooks and set aside for 10-15 minutes. Knead the dough for a few minutes by hand, then use wet hands to form a loaf and place in the tin. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (with fan assist), for 45-50 minutes. Let the loaf cool for at least 3 hours before taking the first bite. Serve with your favourite vegetable paste, jam or custard.
