Elderberry flower, wild strawberry leaf and raspberry support the treatment of colds and coughs. Heather and primrose help with insomnia and anxiety. According to folk medicine, wild strawberry, elderberry, heather, raspberry and primrose have anti-inflammatory properties, strengthen the circulatory system and soothe the digestive system.

HOT portion per cup
Pour boiling water over a heaped teaspoon (about 250 ml) and let it brew, covered, for 5 minutes. Stir after brewing. You can sweeten with your favourite honey.
COLD portion per liter of herbal lemonade
Pour 2 heaped tablespoons of dried with boiling water (250 ml) and let it brew, covered, for 15 minutes. When the essence has cooled down, drain the herbs, add a tablespoon of honey, and fill up with cold water (750 ml). The infusion tastes best when it is chilled, you can add ice cubes.
