Honey with quince is perfect for fans of non-obvious flavours!

Multi-flower nectar honey with the addition of 2% freeze-dried Polish quince, i.e. the sweetness of the honey broken with the acidity of the quince fruit.

Properties of honey with quince:

multiflorous honey is the power of valuable ingredients - in terms of chemical composition, it is characterized by a great variety

- it is especially recommended in diseases of the upper respiratory system, including those caused by allergies (atopic asthma, hay fever)

- multiflorous honey contains a large amount of easily digestible simple sugars. Glucose and fructose are natural sugars found in nature, so pure, natural energy for the body!

- the addition of quince fruit gives the contents of the jar an additional boost of vitamin C, of which the quince is abundant

- vitamin C is a strong antioxidant that strengthens the body's immunity

- in the process of freeze-drying, quince fruits retain all the nutritional values of fresh fruit

- quince has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antiviral properties. It also contains pectin (i.e. water-soluble dietary fiber)

How to use quince honey?

Honey with quince is the perfect balance between the sweetness of honey and the acidity of the fruit of the quince. Lovers of our honey with lemon, honey with currant or sea buckthorn honey will surely like it. Add it to warm tea (below 40 degrees Celsius) for a warming, autumn immune infusion. Add to sandwiches, as ice cream topping, or eat with a spoon. It also tastes great as an ingredient in lemonades - both cold and hot.

Natural bee honey crystallizes. Honey can crystallize from a few days to a year depending on the species. You can bring it back to a liquid form by heating it to 40°C, but protect it from sunlight on a daily basis and do not store it at a temperature higher than 18°C.

If you are buying a larger supply, store them in a cool and dark place.
