Multi-flower nectar honey with the addition of 2% freeze-dried Polish quince, i.e. the sweetness of honey broken with the sourness of the quince fruit. Ideal for fans of unobvious flavours! Add it to warm tea (below 40 degrees Celsius) for a warming, autumn immunity infusion

How to use quince honey?

Honey with quince is the perfect balance between the sweetness of the honey and the acidity of the quince fruit. Fans of our honey with lemon, honey with currant or honey with sea buckthorn will love it. Add it to warm tea (under 40 degrees Celsius) for a warming autumn immune infusion. Add to sandwiches, as a topping for ice cream or eat by the spoonful. It also tastes great as an ingredient in lemonades - both cold and hot.

Natural honey crystallises. Honey can take several to a year to crystallise, depending on the species. It can be restored to liquid form by heating it to 40°C, but protect it from sunlight on a daily basis and do not store it above 18°C. If you buy a supply of honey, store it in a cool and dark place, such as a cellar or pantry.
