Easily digestible bee values, beautiful aroma, power of properties straight from the hive!

Bee pollen, also known as pollen, is a natural superfood that can be used as an addition to smoothies, yoghurt or oatmeal, as well as in your morning infusions. Bees collect not only nectar from flowers and plants, but also the valuable pollen.  The sweet taste of honey is therefore combined with pollen, which has properties straight from nature!

Properties of pollen in honey

  • Bee pollen in honey tastes sweet and contains grains of slightly acidic pollen
  • The natural goodness of the pollen grains is more easily absorbed by the body when embedded in real honey
  • pleasant, floral aroma
  • jars full of pollen in honey can take on a colour ranging from pale yellow to slightly brown

The use of bee pollen in honey

  • Pollen in honey is easier to use than dried pollen, as it does not need to be soaked in water.
  • Pollen can be added to smoothies, yoghurt or oatmeal, and it also complements fruit salads and dressings perfectly!
  • Use should start with 1 teaspoon of pollen, increasing to 1 tablespoon per day. Pollen in honey can also be given to children from the age of 3 - a maximum of 1 teaspoon per day.
  • It is worth using for 2-3 months, e.g. during the autumn and spring seasons.
  • Regular use of pollen in honey is not only a delicious natural ritual, but also has a positive effect on your well-being - see for yourself!

Contraindications to the use of pollen in honey: Bee pollen can cause an allergic reaction in people who are allergic to pollen. It is best to try a small amount to start with and observe if you experience symptoms of an allergic reaction (e.g. itchy ears or throat).

Natural bee honey undergoes crystallisation. Honey can crystallise from a few days to a year depending on the species. You can return it to liquid form by heating it to 40°C, but protect it from sunlight on a daily basis and do not store it above 18°C.

If you buy a larger stock, store it in a cool and dark place.
