How to use inulin?
As a replacement for sugar - inulin has a slightly sweet taste
As a substitute for fat - inulin imparts a creamy texture thereby reducing the calorie content of meals
Use as a thickener for soups and sauces, an addition to cakes, baked goods and pancakes.
