Directions for use:
Mix 1 - 2 teaspoons of young barley powder in 200 ml of water or fruit juice. Best drunk 20 minutes before eating. Can also be added to yoghurt or muesli. It is recommended to drink 2 glasses a day. Not recommended for infants and young children.
Storage: Store in a tightly closed container. Food supplements should be kept out of the reach of small children.
