To enhance the flavour, a touch of multifloral honey and citric acid are added to the extract, so the elderflowers perfectly reflect their taste and properties straight from nature. A delicious floral syrup - it is bottled and pasteurised! All with attention to every step of the process and the highest quality of the syrup.

Directions for use:
Taste the fullness of nature by drinking Elderflower Syrup with Honey on its own, straight from the cup, with your favourite tea or cooled herbal infusion. It's perfect for adding flavour and is reminiscent of the summer flower and fruit harvest. Great to turn up the power concoctions with bee pollen or your favourite cocktails!
Please note that sediment may precipitate at the bottom of the bottle, which is a natural phenomenon and means that the syrup contains no additives, enhancers! Simply shake the bottle before opening to mix it. Once opened, the syrup is best stored in the fridge and consumed within 7 days.
