Foods by Ann's gluten-free oatmeal is held under strict and controlled conditions on the production line. This ensures that 100% quality can be guaranteed and that gluten is absent in them.
Oat flakes provide the body with fibre, mainly beta-glucan. It is a complex carbohydrate that provides a feeling of satiety.
Method of preparation:
To enjoy a nutritious meal, simply pour a 50g portion over vegetable milk or water, mix thoroughly and set aside for 3 minutes.
The flakes are perfect as an addition to muesli, oatmeal, smoothies or yoghurt. But that's not all! They will also work well as an ingredient in breadcrumbs or crumbles for pastry.
