Yes - there are no contraindications to using NEWBORN STAR Bacchic and Vitamin C serum during pregnancy with generally accepted safety precautions. Remember that during and after pregnancy you may experience adverse reactions to cosmetics that were previously well tolerated. A skin reaction test is recommended before using the product in pregnancy.

2. Can NEWBORN STAR be used during the day?

3. What is the difference between bacuchiol and retinol?
First of all, the origin - bacuchiol is extracted from a plant called Psoralea corylifolia, known as the babchi herb. A study published in the British Journal of Dermatology found that the two ingredients work similarly, but bacuchiol doesn't have the side effects inherent to retinol (flaking, redness, irritation). Bakuchiol is great for sensitive skin that is prone to irritation and has trouble staying hydrated. It is also natural and vegan.
