Key ingredients:

- Centella Asiatica extract (including asiaticoside and madecasoside) - Centella Asiatica (also known as Gotu kola) is a traditional plant that has been used for medicinal and cosmetic purposes for thousands of years. It features an exceptionally broad spectrum of uses, mainly due to the presence of pentacyclic triterpene saponins, which have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. In cosmetic products, it has found use in protecting the skin from oxidative stress, stimulating epidermal renewal processes and soothing irritation.

- Ectoin - Used in cosmetic formulas, it soothes skin irritation and redness, and has an antioxidant effect. Protects the skin from negative changes caused by UVA radiation. Increases the moisture level of the epidermis. Is a natural post-biotic.

- Panthenol (dexpanthenol) belongs to the group of polyhydroxy alcohols, and is one of the substances that constitute vitamin B5. Panthenol is crucial for ensuring the normal structure and function of the epidermis. It has been used for many years in the treatment of atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis or psoriasis, among others.  

- Niacinamide - Accelerates the process of reducing skin lesions, protects the skin from free radicals. It shows a multidirectional effect on the condition of the skin. By stimulating the synthesis of collagen, it improves the structure of the skin, ectoin and lightens hyperpigmentation.

- Ceramides are a group of organic chemical compounds classified as sphingolipids, which are a key part of the binder that fills the spaces between the cells of the stratum corneum. Deficiencies of ceramides in the epidermis result in increased permeability of the epidermal barrier, which leads to increased transepidermal water loss and a decrease in epidermal hydration. 

- Lactoferrin - This is a multifunctional protein from the transferrin group, showing high affinity for iron ions. Stimulates the process of keratinocyte differentiation, wound healing and skin lesions.

- Okara bioferment - obtained by lactic fermentation of okara, a by-product of soybean processing. It contains a high concentration of protein, fat and fiber. The ferment was enriched in short-chain fatty acids, amino acids (threonine, methionine, lysine, tryptophan), vitamins, trace elements (silicon, potassium, magnesium). In addition, this bioferment contains post-biotics; lysis products of lactic fermentation bacteria, e.g. bacteriocins, polysaccharides, peptidoglycan. Okara bioferment shows antioxidant properties and also supports eubiosis of the skin microbiota. Proteins show skin and hair shaft conditioning properties to help maintain optimal hydration levels.

- Bioferment from bamboo - Obtained from bamboo leaves and stems with the help of lactic acid bacteria. Thanks to the appropriate production method, this ingredient is rich in antioxidant isoflavones and silica in the form of biochelate. Considered a natural alternative to silicone; indispensable in hair care. It helps maintain the proper level of hydration of hair, gives it softness and shine.

- Fermented oils and lipid MEL - Fermented oils contain more antioxidants and polyphenols than non-fermented oils. They support the epidermal barrier. During the fermentation process of vegetable oils: argan, green tea seed, Chinese camellia (tsubaki), sweet almond and sunflower, a unique lipid MEL is formed.MEL molecules, characterized by a unique composition of hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups, exhibit a number of valuable skin care properties on the face, as well as the scalp and hair. They penetrate the skin and are very well tolerated by it.

- Inulin - A prebiotic that comprehensively supports the proper balance of the skin microbiota, which is the first line of defense against negative external environmental factors. It soothes irritation.

Is this a cosmetic for me?

Regenerating serum-rub-in Balance On  is designed especially for hair that falls out excessively and is exposed to harmful external factors that weaken its condition. It will also work well for excessively oily hair, but also as a complementary treatment for problematic skins, such as dandruff, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis.

Directions for use:

The serum-ointment can be used in 2 ways:

1. Squeeze out 2-3 doses and with your fingertips massage into the washed, still damp scalp. Wait a few minutes and then blow dry your hair.

2. At least 2h before washing, squeeze 3-4 doses and with your fingertips thoroughly massage into the scalp. You can leave the product on the scalp overnight.

Adjust the frequency of application according to the needs of your scalp. The serum is suitable for frequent use. It does not require rinsing. Does not weigh down the scalp and hair.

FAQ

Will the serum not weigh down the hair?
The formula of the serum was designed not to weigh down the scalp and hair and not to give the effect of “greasy” hair.  The serum-rub does not weigh down the hair from the root, additionally giving the effect of bounce. To further minimize this, the serum-rub should be used according to the instructions on the package.

How often can I use the serum?
The frequency of use of the serum should be adjusted according to the condition and needs of the skin. The serum is suitable for frequent use as a supplement to daily care.

Can the serum-rub be used daily?
The serum-rub is suitable for frequent use and does not weigh down the scalp and hair. It is recommended to use the serum optimally every 2-3 washes of the head. If you use the serum every day, observe the scalp and reduce the frequency of application if it becomes heavy.

How to apply the serum?
Apply the serum in a small amount with your fingertips preferably with your head down, which makes it easier to apply the serum directly to the scalp (especially with long hair), so less product gets onto the hair.

Can I use Serum when I have dandruff/seborrheic dermatitis/AZS/ psoriasis?

What is the difference between the Serum- and TrichoMask Balance On?
TrichoMask is a product that rebuilds the lipid barrier. It should be rinsed off after application. The duration of action of the ingredients on the scalp is shorter.
