Have the My Complex Recovery set supplements been tested?

All Health Labs Care supplements have been tested for the presence of moulds, yeasts, bacteria (including the presence of Escherichia coli, the presence of Staphylococcus aureus, the presence of Salmonella), as well as PAHs (the sum of (Benzo[a]anthracene, Benzo[β]fluoranthene, Chrysene and Benzo[α]pyrene) and Benzo[α]pyrene), and heavy metals (lead, cadmium, mercury). How do I use My Complex Recovery supplement set during the day?

The following method of supplementation is suggested:

- SmartMe - 5ml after breakfast (or during if you are adding SmartMe oil to a smoothie or salad)

- DetoxMe - 3 capsules after lunch

- HealMe - 10 ml after dinner

Is it normal for me to "bounce" after HealMe?

Yes, it is normal and completely harmless. HealMe has an intense taste and smell of marjoram, so you may feel it in your mouth for some time after consumption. If this is a nuisance to you, use it in the evening, for example after dinner.

Should I store the HealMe and SmartMe oils in a refrigerator?

For the safety of the product, we recommend keeping the SmartMe oil in the fridge immediately after opening. If the product is kept at room temperature after opening, rancidity will occur much faster. If the taste of the product is noticeably bitter, it can be assumed that the acid and peroxide values have increased significantly.

It is not necessary to store HealMe oil in a refrigerator. It is sufficient to store in a tightly closed container at a room temperature of 15-25° C. If you prefer to drink the oil when it is cold, you can store it in the refrigerator.

Will I get rid of excess water from my body by using DetoxMe?

DetoxMe is not a product that removes swelling (excess water). Swelling may be a symptom of a more serious health problem, including heart failure, kidney disease, liver disease, thyroid disease, venous thrombosis, high blood pressure, and hormonal disorders. It is therefore advisable to carry out tests to eliminate the causes of the problem, not just the symptoms.

Excess water in the body is a myth. The cause may be poor water retention and distribution.

When to take supplements - before, after or with a meal?

It is recommended to take these products always after meals to reduce the likelihood of any gastrointestinal discomfort.

You can also take HealMe oil with a meal, adding it to smoothies, shakes or salads. Within an hour of consuming the supplements, avoid hot liquids and foods, coffee and strong tea, alcohol and fizzy drinks (especially those with acids in them such as cola or pepsi).

Should I take the recommended 3 DetoxMe capsules separately or all at once?

You can take DetoxMe capsules in intervals (1 capsule at a time) or at once (up to 3 capsules). Always take after a meal.

Should I keep an interval between taking medication and supplements?

For safety reasons, always keep a distance of at least 2 hours between medication (e.g. Metformin) and food supplements.

What does the 25-(OH)D test recommended for SmartMe mean?

The test determines the concentration of the first hydroxy derivative of vitamin D: calcidiol [25(OH)D], which is considered to be a marker for the body's vitamin D requirements. The test is important in order to assess the level of vitamin D in the body and the actual need, and to correctly start a possible diagnosis.
