ProtectMe Immune+ food supplement is a product rich in antioxidants and minerals, which show beneficial effects on the immune system. The supplement contains cow colostrum standardised to 30% immunoglobulin [IgG], which contains valuable biologically active substances, mainly proteins, but also vitamins and mineral salts. Colostrum is also rich in lactoferrin. 

In the supplement you will find no unnecessary fillers, preservatives and colours. The pure composition without impurities is confirmed by product tests conducted by an independent, accredited laboratory of J.S. Hamilton Poland.

Key ingredients:

- Mycelial extract (Cordyceps Sinensis) including polysaccharides and adenosine - Cordyceps, or Chinese mace, has been used for centuries in Far Eastern traditional medicine. It is counted among the so-called superfoods, i.e. products with exceptional nutritional value. It boosts the body's immunity, is a powerful antioxidant, increases sports performance and relieves symptoms of stress.

- Colostrum (colostrum) is the first milk produced by the mammalian mammary glands. Colostrum contains extremely valuable biologically active substances, mainly proteins, but also vitamins and mineral salts. Colostrum is rich in lactoferrin and immunoglobulins, which have a beneficial effect on both the mucous membranes of the digestive tract and the immune system.

- Sulforaphane is a biologically active chemical compound from the isothiocyanate group. This compound exhibits many properties which are valuable to the body. It is a source of vitamins, minerals and polyphenols.

- Choline (vitamin B4) is an essential component for the nervous system. Choline also contributes to maintaining normal metabolism of homocysteine, maintaining normal metabolism of fats and helps in proper functioning of liver.

- Iron helps in the correct transport of oxygen in the organism, in the correct functioning of the immune system, as well as in the correct production of red blood cells and haemoglobin.

- Folic acid helps in the proper functioning of the immune system and supports the proper production of blood, which is extremely important for people on a plant-based diet or who significantly limit their meat consumption.

- Myo-inositol is one form of inositol, an ingredient that is one of many cellular messengers. 

- Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is an organic chemical compound containing sulphur. It participates, among other things, in the synthesis of amino acids and in the processes of collagen and keratin synthesis.

- Butyric acid (sodium butyrate) is a short-chain fatty acid, the presence of which in the intestine allows for maintenance of correct pH and proper work of enterocytes. 

- Zinc contributes to maintaining proper metabolism of macronutrients, helps to maintain healthy bones, skin, hair and nails, as well as helps to protect cells against oxidative stress.

- Selenium performs important functions in the body, e.g. it supports functioning of the immune system, helps in proper functioning of the thyroid gland, supports protection of cells against oxidative stress and helps to maintain healthy hair and nails.

Recommended intake:

Adults: 2 capsules 2 times a day - between meals.

Has ProtectMe Immune+ been tested?

All Health Labs Care supplements have been tested for moulds, yeasts, bacteria (including presence of Escherichia coli, presence of Staphylococcus aureus, presence of Salmonella), and PAHs (sum of (Benzo[a]anthracene, Benzo[β]fluoranthene, Chrysene and Benzo[α]pyrene) and Benzo[α]pyrene), as well as heavy metals (lead, cadmium, mercury). Tests of each batch of supplements are carried out in an independent, certified J.S. Hamilton Poland laboratory, which meets the highest quality standards, confirmed, among others, by the Polish Centre for Accreditation and membership in national and international organisations, such as FOSFA (Federation of Oils, Seeds and Fats Associations) or GAFTA (Grain & Feed Trade Association).

Isn't the combination of zinc and selenium in ProtectMe Immune+ mutually exclusive?

Selenium and zinc although they may have an antagonistic effect on each other, their effects do not cancel each other out 100% and it is not wrong to combine them. Nor does it abolish their action. Such a combination may reduce the utilisation of these minerals to some extent, but here we have biochemically accessible forms, so their effects will still be noticeable.

ProtectMe Immune+ is a food supplement that contains: Chinese cordycep mushroom extract, sulforaphane, methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), butyric acid, choline, inositol and colostrum. Iron, selenium, zinc are additional ingredients needed for many immune processes in our bodies.

When to take ProtectMe Immune+ - before, after or with a meal?

Take your supplements according to the information on the packaging and label. It is recommended to take HealthLAbs products always after meals to reduce the likelihood of any gastrointestinal discomfort. Avoid hot liquids and foods, coffee and strong tea, alcohol and carbonated drinks within an hour of taking the supplement.

Can I combine ProtectMe Immune+ with other HealthLabs supplements?

We follow a policy of not combining herbal supplements at the same time within a single supplementation, such as: HealMe, RestMe and BrownMe.

It is not recommended to combine the ProtectMe Immune+ food supplement with ShroomMe Reishi & Cordyceps (due to the cordyceps content in both supplements).

Take special care when using the ProtectMe Immune+ food supplement and DetoxMe, NewMe (rotational use is recommended), SlimMe, and with BoostMe (due to the vitamin B content and possible exceeding of the recommended daily portions). Keep a two-hour interval and watch your body.

Can pregnant and breastfeeding women take ProtectMe Immune+?

LittleMe and OmegaMe Prenatal supplement has been developed for pregnant and breastfeeding women. It is a basic set of supplements that contains ingredients recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as those planning pregnancy.
