The food supplement RestMe contains extracts from plants, which show a positive effect on the quality of sleep (resting of the body during effective and deep sleep). The formula takes into account the synergism of the ingredients so that they are better absorbed by the body (e.g. the combination of passionflower, hops and valerian as well as magnesium citrate and melatonin). The extracts used in the RestMe supplement are standardised for the presence of active ingredients and additionally have a DER (Drug Extract Ratio). 

In the supplement you will not find unnecessary fillers, preservatives and dyes. The pure composition without impurities is confirmed by product tests conducted by an independent, accredited laboratory of J.S. Hamilton Poland.

The most important active ingredients:

- Valerian calms the body and facilitates falling asleep. The active substances in valerian are beneficial for mental health, especially when combined with another plant that affects neurotransmitters, such as passionflower or hops.

- Ashwagandha is a powerful adaptogen, described as rasayana, or that which 'regenerates and rejuvenates'. It contributes to emotional balance and overall wellbeing. It contains numerous nutrients, including antioxidants. Thanks to its tryptophan content, it makes it easier to fall asleep, although it also has stimulating properties.

- Magnesium plays a very important role in our organism, among others it contributes to the reduction of the feeling of tiredness and staleness and helps in the correct functioning of the nervous system and muscles. 

- Taurine is an amino acid conditionally necessary for the correct functioning of our organism. Taurine is an amino acid, which means that it is a fairly common compound found in food.

- Glycine is an organic chemical compound belonging to the group of amino acids. The biologically active form is L-glycine. Consuming protein-rich foods allows us to ensure an adequate supply not only of glycine, but also of the other amino acids, especially the exogenous ones, which are not produced in our body.

- Purple passionflower facilitates peaceful falling asleep and helps to maintain sleep especially when it is too shallow. Additionally, it helps relax after a hard day, has a calming effect and increases the body's resistance to stress. It has a synergistic effect in combination with valerian and common hop.

- Hops is a plant which, due to its soothing properties, is recommended for people who have difficulty falling asleep. It also has a positive effect on digestive health and digestion.

- Melatonin is a naturally occurring substance in the human body. It helps alleviate the subjective feeling of sudden time zone change syndrome and helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. A beneficial effect occurs when 0.5 mg of melatonin is taken shortly before going to bed on the first day of a journey and for several days after arrival at the destination.

Recommended intake:

Adults: 2 capsules daily - in the evening, 2-3 hours before bedtime.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A balanced diet and a proper lifestyle are important for the functioning of the human body. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet.

Has RestMe been tested?

All Health Labs Care supplements have been tested for the presence of moulds, yeasts, bacteria (including the presence of Escherichia coli, the presence of Staphylococcus aureus, the presence of Salmonella), and PAHs (the sum of (Benzo[a]anthracene, Benzo[β]fluoranthene, Chrysene, and Benzo[α]pyrene) and Benzo[α]pyrene), as well as heavy metals (lead, cadmium, mercury). Can I combine RestMe with other HealthLabs products?

It is recommended to combine with the food supplement ChillMe. It is an excellent and complete supplement solution for calming the nervous system, improving sleep quality, calming and reducing daily stress levels (complementary amounts of Ashwagandha and day/night formula).

RestMe supplement should not be combined with other herbal formulas, as the active ingredients from individual herbs may interact with each other and cause adverse effects.

An exception to this is simultaneous use of the food supplement RestMe with the dietary supplements DetoxMe or SlimMe, but only on an ad hoc basis, with an interval of at least two hours.

How long can I use RestMe?

If you use the RestMe supplement daily, the supplementation should not last longer than 3 months. After this time, you should take at least a 2 month break. In case of ad hoc supplementation (every few days), the supplement can be taken for a longer period of time.

Can pregnant and breastfeeding women take RestMe?

LittleMe and OmegaMe Prenatal supplement has been developed for pregnant and breastfeeding women. It is a basic set of supplements that contains ingredients recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as those planning pregnancy.
