How to Use

Use the cleansing foam as needed, once or twice daily, either on its own or as part of a two-step facial cleansing routine (as the second step).

As a standalone cleansing product: Moisten your face with warm water. Dispense a small amount of foam (usually one pump) into your hand, apply to your face and gently massage in circular motions from the centre outwards. If you use a cleansing cloth, dampen it with warm water and gently wipe away any impurities after massaging. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. Avoid direct contact with eyes – if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with warm water. Finally, you may (optionally) mist your face with your chosen hydrolate and apply your preferred oil or cream.

Two-step cleansing – foam as step 2:

Step 1 (using oils, including hydrophilic oils). During this step, remove oily impurities accumulated throughout the day – make-up, SPF cream or excess sebum. Apply a dose of hydrophilic oil (one or two pumps) to the face, gently massage, and rinse with warm water. Alternatively, use a basic oil (such as sweet almond, plum or jojoba) – apply a small amount to your skin and massage gently in circular motions. The oil will gradually dissolve make-up and impurities. Then, using a warm, damp cloth or cotton pad, gently wipe away the residue.

Tip: avoid rubbing the skin too hard during the first cleansing step – allow the oil to dissolve make-up naturally. Excessive rubbing may cause irritation. If traces of make-up remain after the oil step, don’t worry – step 2 will take care of them.

Step 2 (using the foam). During this stage, remove any remaining traces of make-up or other impurities using a water-based cosmetic – in this case, the apricot cleansing foam.

Moisten your face with warm water. Dispense one pump of foam into your hand, apply to your face and gently massage in circular motions from the centre outwards. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. The foam will cleanse the skin of any make-up and oil residues from the first step. Avoid direct eye contact – if this occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Finally, you may mist your face with your preferred hydrolate and apply your favourite oil or cream.

Tip: after cleansing, you can refresh your skin with a hydrolate and follow with a moisturising cream or facial oil.
