What does nectar and honeydew honey consist of?
Bees combine powers from nature - they gather flower nectar in their hives, as well as coniferous and leafy honeydew. This results in the fullness of valuable properties locked in a jar of goodness! Honeydew nectar honey consists of floral and forest notes. The predominance of coniferous honeydew or leafy honeydew tones depends on the region of the apiary - the bees collect pollen from trees, bushes and flowers. This makes it easy to distinguish this honey among other honeys and bee products. Certainly, nectar-pollen honey is a variation of flavor, unique aroma and combined powers from nature!
How is nectar-honeydrate honey made?
Nectar-honeydro treasure, which is frequented by bees, is a flavorful variation of honeydew, pollen from surrounding shrubs and flowers. Honeydew is the sap of the trees, which is due to the work of more than just bees - aphids, maggots and honey bees, adding their own enriching substances, transform the natural plant sap into a sweet, viscous liquid visible on the needles, leaves or bark of trees as a fine dew. And the winged worker bees transport the honeydew to the hive, where it is transformed into honeydew honey! What's more, the bees not only bring the valuable honeydew from coniferous and deciduous trees to their hives, but also draw natural goodness from the flowers that bloom in the area. As a result, they combine the honeydew with nectar and create nectar-honeydew honey, which is full of beneficial properties and has a high enzyme content.
