100% conifer honeydew honey - a distinctive forest flavor!

Honeydew honey is a real gem, originating in Argentina, known as royal honey. It is created in full cooperation of nature, bees and other insects that work on the trees. Try the fruit of this cooperation - dark, highly viscous honeydew honey, with a unique, deep and pleasantly woodsy flavor! And it's all thanks to good management of access to natural phenomena, Argentine bees and the sun's rays! It definitely stands out alongside the nectar goodness!

Properties of Conifer Honeydew Honey:

  • forest aroma enclosed in a jar
  • strongly dark in color
  • exceptionally viscous
  • has a delicate smell of resin and conifers - the respiratory system will also benefit from it
  • has a resinous or for some - slightly spicy aftertaste
  • due to the process of collecting honeydew, it contains many natural enzymes and amino acids
  • crystallizes slowly
  • after crystallization it takes on a dark color with a greenish or grayish-brown tint
  • has a thick consistency
  • more concentrated and less sweet compared to nectar honeys

How is this royal honey made?

Usually bee sweetness is created from nectar, but this time it's a wonderful journey of the senses with conifer honeydew honey from the purest forests Argentina is famous for. You can find honey from leafy honeydew, for example, in jars of nectar-honeydew honey! Honeydew, from which Argentine beekeepers extract honey, is otherwise known as honey dew. That's because there are sticky, sweet droplets on the needles and branches of trees - they are unique and not found on tree leaves. Honeydew honey straight from conifers is created by bees in cooperation with other insects! This is also due to the secretion of aphids and maggots that feed on the needles and bark of trees. They collect the processed tree sap with its many beneficial properties. This unique process makes it one of the most expensive quality honeys.

The Argentine climate is excellent for harvesting, and interestingly, the temperature and humidity that prevail during the bees' hard work affect the enzymatic transformations that take place in the bodies of the bees and other insects that collaborate in extracting the conifer honeydew. And the Argentine sunshine? It makes the taste of this honey unprecedentedly deep - see for yourself!

Uses of coniferous honeydew honey

  • as an ingredient in marinades for meats
  • as an additive to sauces and dressings
  • as an addition to infusions, teas and desserts - it will give a delicious aroma and power
  • will prove useful in power cocktails and energy shots
  • perfect for dark breads

To preserve the full properties of honey, remember to add it to dishes and infusions at temperatures below 40°C!

For whom honeydew honey?

Honeydew honey is recommended for lovers of natural sweetness, unique flavors of varietal honeys and those looking for beneficial properties. Honey from coniferous honeydew will surprise you with its depth of flavor and forest aroma! Children over the age of 1 can be introduced to its diet.
