Method of preparation: 

Recommended daily serving required for beneficial effects: 15 ml for children 4-9 years and 30 ml for adolescents 10-18 years. Mix a measured portion of the product in 100 ml of juice. Consume immediately after preparation once daily with a meal. The measuring cup is included in the package. Shake before each use. Do not exceed the recommended portion to be consumed per day.

Precautions: 

Protect from light. Store at room temperature, in a dry place, out of the reach of small children. Once opened, the product should be stored in the refrigerator. Consume within 5 weeks of opening.

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Consumption of the product is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women. The product should not be consumed by persons taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol). Before use, it is advisable to take a 25-(OH)D test in the blood and to consult the test result with a doctor or pharmacist. Do not use in persons predisposed to kidney stone formation or suffering from kidney stones. The product is not to be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet.
